Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to A2B Freight Solutions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our freight brokerage services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. A2B Freight Solutions operates as a licensed freight broker and not as a motor carrier.

2. Services & Broker Role

A2B Freight Solutions provides freight brokerage services by connecting shippers with qualified motor carriers. We specialized in Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed freight coordination. Our role is strictly limited to arranging transportation; we do not own trucks or employ drivers, and we do not physically transport freight.

3. Shipper Responsibilities

Shippers are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and commodity type. All freight must be properly packaged, labeled, and ready for transport at the scheduled pickup time.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

Carriers engaged through A2B Freight Solutions must maintain all required legal authority, insurance, and safety ratings. Carriers are solely responsible for the safe operation of equipment and the physical protection of the cargo while in their possession.

5. Payments

Payment terms are established at the time of the quote or credit approval. Shippers agree to pay all freight charges, including any applicable accessorial fees, within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs.

6. Liability & Limits

Since A2B Freight Solutions is a broker, our liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to the extent of our negligence in selecting a carrier. All cargo claims must be filed directly with the carrier. A2B Freight Solutions will assist in the claim process but does not guarantee payment of claims.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Shipment dates are estimates and not guaranteed. A2B Freight Solutions is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, government actions, or equipment failure.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and specifically the state where our Southeast operations are registered. Any legal actions shall be brought in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
